Why Ginny
Ginny creates a confidential, grounded sanctuary in which clients can encounter truth without performance, pretense, politics or fear of being reduced to a role, problem or balance sheet — a rare place to be fully seen without being diminished, managed or defined solely by what they carry. Within that relationship, Ginny serves as a trusted, confidential and independent thinking partner — someone with whom clients can reality-test assumptions, expose blind spots and consider the whole landscape without the need to arrive with the answers. Ginny's perspective has been shaped by more than 25 years across public accounting and financial-statement audit as a CPA at BDO, corporate human resources at Herman Miller, entrepreneurship, higher education, embodied human development and private advisory. She has taught purpose and business leadership through Stanford Continuing Studies and advised female founders whose companies and products have appeared on Shark Tank and HSN.
